The Ice Cream Men provide the live music (and some of the action) in the internationally touring productions of Swamp Circus Theatre.

These have included, in 2002, headlining all three nights in the Circus Bigtop at Glastonbury, as well as playing to full houses at Sheffield's Crucible Theatre in May, and packed bigtops up and down the UK. Bookings for 2003 so far include Spain and Brazil, as well as Glastonbury and other UK shows.

The music is a bubbling cauldron of jumping ska, funk, spaghetti western, stomping Eastern-European, blistering rock'n'roll, soulful ballads and more. Delivered - through a line-up of cello, saxophones, guitar, bass, drums, voices, keyboards, accordion, harmonica, saw, Theramin and kazzoo - with intense energy, passion, humour, circus antics, and a professionalism gained through many hundreds of gigs.
