Partnership working can benefit you by giving you the opportunity to benefit from our work at subsidised rates and by specifically focussed work through involvement at the project planning stage.

• Eastern Steel – This is an Educational Circus project that will look into this history of the Asian Community in South Yorkshire and their work in the steel industry.
• Engagement Through Circus – This project aims to connect young people with physical regeneration projects. It is well documented that without the involvement and support of the local community then physical regeneration projects are of limited success in addressing the root causes of social depravation. However involvement in consultation can also be dull especially for young people. By engaging young people through fun exciting circus theatre activities we will inform young people about developments in their area and through creating a performance with them we will give them a voice to express their views.

• TIE (Theatre in Education) – We are planning a series of Circus Theatre in Education that will inform the audience about current issues using circus skills as a metaphor to illustrate the issue based theatre that we create and perform. These will usually be provided as a package along with circus skills workshops. There will also be the option of these shows acting as the start of a residency
  - Example - My Green House - A stimulating environmental show raising issues linking housing and the way people live to environmental issues such as global warming. This will link to the national curriculum in Geography and Science.
